Welcome to the 12 Day Giving Back To Yourself Challenge :) This time of the year is usually centered around giving to everyone else. So it's super important that you take some time and nurture yourself!

Each day you'll be emailed a simple wellbeing task to complete and daily meditation (some by me and some from meditation teachers I love). Then every day you have the option to be apart of the community group chat. In this group, we will hold each other accountable to the daily task and you can seek support in anything that arises from the community!

You will also get a 1-on-1 support coaching call with me for 30 minutes. In this call we can discuss your goals for 2021 and create an action plan to achieve them!

Lastly, on December 22nd from 6:30-7:45pm (San Diego time) there will be a live yoga class where you can meet everyone in the group and nurture your body with a vinyasa flow. The class will be recorded, so no sweat if you can't make it.

After the challenge, you will feel uplifted, recentered and connected to like-minded people!
