How this detox works is the first 2 days you only drink 4 shakes a day (plus some supportive supplements), then days 3-7 you have two meals and two shakes. You repeat this 7 day schedule for the 14 or 21 days! The shake is a vegan protein, fortified with a wide range of activated vitamins, minerals, and electrolytes -- so you have everything you need for the day in it. 

The detox group has no specific time commitments, we will just all start on the same day & you can choose the times you drink your shakes and meals.
