In This Together - 19 Day Online Connection Workshop

Hello you precious soul!

The intention of this group is to provide space for genuine, uplifting community- A pandemic may require physical distance, but social closeness is needed now more than ever!

I have curated a 19 day online community workshop that provides access to:

+ 5-10 min daily meditations to bring you back to the present moment

+ Guest speakers offering a wide range of tools cultivating a new kind of positive, adaptive lifestyle

+ Daily mindful activities 

+ Support from the collective

+ New daily themes 

The guest speakers will be live on Zoom calls at different times in the afternoons, where you will have the chance to hop on and ask questions to them or me! The videos/ meditations will be uploaded to the private Facebook group & wont expire. Giving you the opportunity to do this at your own pace or with the group. 

This will be a great way to feel supported, be creative and de-stress during this time of uncertainty! You will feel more grounded & peaceful after this online workship :)

The price is only $44.44 for the entire workshop, just over $2 a day, or $4 off if you pay on venmo (alivetoenjoy)!!
