A safe and supportive community of woman celebrating self love!

This is for woman who are married, in a relationship or single! It's not about focusing on men or partners, it's about focusing on YOU! We are going to dive deep into self love and feel the benefits of nurturing yourself. A lot of us are givers, giving every ounce of us to our families, relationships, work, & community. So I wanted to change the focus from others to ourselves, because once we have deep rooted self love, we cultivate limitless love to others!

The ultimate girls night will include:

• Relaxing yoga flow 
• 15 minute chair massage by Shakti Bodywork
• Self love meditation
• Organic natural face masks
• Vegan chocolate fondue 
• Pink gourmet drinks (non-alcoholic and alcoholic)
• Plant based dessert grazing board & more delicious healthy treats
• Wine swap (if you want to participate, bring your fav bottle of wine wrapped up)
• Personal gratitude box to take home
• Meet fun, kind hearted, loving woman
• Be in a space where you can freely be you!

I intentionally chose to host this before Valentines day. I feel the meaning of this holiday has been lost in the consumerism of buying the perfect gift or going to an expensive dinner. However, the essence of this day is to celebrate your boundless love. This love isn't just in partnerships, but the love you give to yourself! After dedicating an evening to yourself, you will be able to give more meanginful love to others! 

PS: It's right by the Bellevue Park so there's plenty of parking!

PPS: You can bring your daughters if they are 10 + years old & anyone who identifies as a woman is welcome <3
