About the event
Join us for an evening of sound healing, cacao ceremony, meditation, journaling and connecting with your heart space.
If you have been non-stop, feeling a little burnout and disconnected, been putting everyone else's needs in front of yours, then you've landed at the right place! This will be the perfect opportunity to calm your mind, to reflect and destress!
Come nourish your heart and feel peace in this two-hour event lead by Lexy Davis and Jasmine Nava :)
All are welcomed to this outdoor event, we just ask you to bring a yoga mat and your favorite journal! We will provide everything else.
