Lexy is a heartfelt yoga instructor, self-discovery life coach, spiritual recruiter, podcast host to Heart Snuggles, holistic wellbeing advocate, travel enthusiast, and believes everyone deserves to enjoy life and feel good! She has been teaching for 4 years and was certified in Bali at the Power of Now Oasis. Yoga has been her therapy, safe space + life-changing practice to help her discover her truest self.
Lexy will host a daily yoga class, uniquely designed for this retreat to help release tension + stiffness! Her classes are focused on meeting yourself where you're at and intuitively working with your body. She enjoys connecting you to your emotions and allowing you to heal on your yoga mat. She loves alignment + adjustments to keep the body safe, uses playful energy to help you move through the tough poses and vibey playlist. Her energy is very warm and she has a gift of making people feel so comfy right away. She always seeks to understand + will make sure you feel seen, heard and super loved up! She is very playful, authentic and grounding too :)

You are not required to have a vaccine, as we believe in freedom of choice for people's bodies. If anyone has symptoms or has been exposed to someone with covid, then you will be asked to stay home + gift your retreat to someone else. The space is professionally santizied to ensure we are all safe. If this is a concern for you, then this might not be the right fit.

A native region of the Chumash Indians, the name Ojai is derived from the Ventureño Chumash word ‘awha'y meaning "moon”. Awaken your body and mind with yoga, meditation, fresh air, 5 acres of retreat space and tranquility. Allow time for yourself to heal, grow and step away from the stress of the daily life. Everything is planned for you. So this is an opportunity to completely relax and let go, all you have to do is show up.

The retreat is suitable for anyone and everyone who wants to care for themselves with a bit of luxury. No matter where you're at in your yoga practice you will fit in perfectly. No matter what gender you are, what job you have or the color of your skin - Alive To Enjoy is all about inclusivity and welcoming spaces for everyone to come as they are.
A technology detox is encouraged on this trip. There will be a photographer so you don't have to worry about capturing the moments + I'll be planning everything out for you (with lots of free time too), so you can practice receiving!! Also, this is an alcohol-free event to help you really detox + hold space for your emotions.

THE SANCTUARY
Ojai luxury retreat is situated on five private acres, surrounded by miles of orchards and farmland. Combining hand-crafted Central America wood cabinetry and furnishings with antiques, tiles, pottery and textiles from Mexico, the completed space carefully juxtaposes old and new creating an environment rich in style and relaxed in every way. The Ojai Valley is a beautiful stretch of land nestled against the Topa-Topa Mountains in the Los Padres National Forest. The quaint town of Ojai is a mystical sanctuary known for its focus on spirituality and wellness. It is a quiet escape from the hustle of the Los Angeles Metro. You'll have plenty of activities to enjoy on the property including a 50' pool + spa, full-size tennis court + basketball hoop, outdoor fire pit, booce court, in ground tramopline, ping pong table, tree swing, movie theater and meditation room

If you'd like to dive deeper in to a pose or looking to relieve pain in a certain area, you can book a private session with me during the retreat. I will create a customized flow for you to cater all your needs. I also do these on zoom if you'd like to start before the retreat.

I mean who wouldn't want to get some extra body loving during the retreat! I have a few wonderful massuses that can provide anything from classic swedish to craniosacral to accupressure.

PHOTOGRAPHY
Go all out and get your own photoshoot! Whether you're looking for some nice yoga shots or general lifestyle photos, you can book a sessino with Dylan. He can also help if you're looking for specific professional photos. Lastly if you come with a friend/ lover or meet a new freind on the trip and wanna do a photoshoot together he can capture your love for you

The guest suites all have their own ensuite bathrooms with imported tile backsplashes from Mexico and teak vanities from Nicaragua. Each uniquely designed bedroom has a king-sized bed and window seat with pillows from Hunted Fox and imported textiles and art from Mexico.
