We all get off our path, tumble, get lost, and feel overwhelmed. Guess why? We are human (surprise)! When you're ready to come back home to yourself and recenter, it's always helpful to have extra support and encouragement. So I am here to be that for you! My sessions always include a grounding meditation at the beginning, space for you to share what's on your heart and my listening ears to receive you in a non-judgemental, safe and loving space. Then we end with action steps to propel you forward and keep you vibin high :) Lastly, you get a follow-up accountability check-in email a week after our call -- to make sure you are sticking to your action steps! If money is a concern, we can do a shorter call for a more affordable price :) Sending you all the inner peace, be open to receive it cutie!
