CONFIDENTIALITY 
Lexy will not divulge that you are in a coaching relationship without your express consent. You, of course are free to discuss the coaching relationship with anyone at anytime. All information discussed in sessions will be kept private.

INFORMATION COLLECTED

This Site only collects the personal information you voluntarily provide to Alive To Enjoy, which may include:

  • Email address

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Date of birth

  • Phone number

The information you provide is used to process transactions, send periodic emails, and improve the service we provide. She does share your information with trusted third parties who assist her in operating her website, conducting her business and servicing clients and visitors. These trusted third parties agree to keep this information confidential. Your personal information will never be shared with unrelated third parties.

If you are within the European Union, you are entitled to certain information and have certain rights under the General Data Protection Regulation. Those rights include:

We will retain the any information you choose to provide to us until the earlier of: (a) you asking us to delete the information, (b) our decision to cease using our existing data providers, or (c) the Company decides that the value in retaining the data is outweighed by the costs of retaining it.

You have the right to request access to your data that the Company stores and the rights to either rectify or erase your personal data.

You have the right to seek restrictions on the processing of your data.

You have the right to object to the processing of your data and the right to the portability of your data.

To the extent that you provided consent to the Company’s processing of your personal data, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based upon consent that occurred prior to your withdrawal of consent.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority that has jurisdiction over issues related to the General Data Protection Regulation.

We require only the information that is reasonably required to enter into a contract with you. We will not require you to provide consent for any unnecessary processing as a condition of entering into a contract with us.

RESPONSIBILITY

Lexy will do everything possible to support you in achieving your own results and desired outcomes. You are responsible for the cause of all change in your life. Lexy will work with you to identify solutions and offer suggestions, options and advise based on her own personal experience and training. You accept full responsibility for all decisions and courses of action. You as the client, by signing this Coaching Agreement agree and acknowledge that the Coach is not a licensed investment advisor, real estate agent, accountant, finance, health or legal professional.

 

SCHEDULING

All Coaching Sessions are scheduled in advance by direct agreement between you and your Coach. If for any reason you cannot attend a scheduled Coaching Session you are fully responsible for informing your Coach and arranging an appointment at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise the session will be deemed forfeit. You are responsible for rescheduling via phone or contact (and receive reply) via email.

 

TASKING

Tasks are assigned to assist in accelerating your change and the achievement of your desired results. You do not need to complete, but know this might effect your desired outcome of the coaching. 

 

FREE VOICE MESSAGES

There is no extra charge for brief voice messaging on Voxer, between your Coaching Sessions, whether to discuss an issue or concern or share something great! Your Coach provides this free additional service to give your superior value and results. Your coach will only respond during the week to these messages.

 

FREE EMAIL ACCESS

Your Coach is available during the week via email to share wins, seek clarity on actions or review minor issues. Again, there is no charge for any of the brief “catch up emails”.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY 

Lexy may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If/when changes are made to this Privacy Policy, Lexy will email users who have given her permission to do so. Lexy will post any changes here, so be sure to check back periodically. However, please be assured that if the Privacy Policy changes in the future, Lexy will not use the personal information you have submitted to us under this Privacy Policy in a manner that is materially inconsistent with this Privacy Policy, without your prior consent.

You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Site and this Policy periodically and to be aware of any modifications. We will notify you of any changes to this privacy policy by posting those changes on this page.

RETURN POLICY

Please note there are no refunds.
Coach is not able to offer refunds once client has purchased a program. Client understands this provision, and agrees that he or she is not entitled to a refund once payment has been issued to coach.
Should Coach experience an unforeseen event causing her to become unavailable or otherwise unable to complete the program, client may be entitled to a partial refund on a case-by-case basis, based upon the portion(s) of the Program unable to be delivered by coach. Reasonable, minor changes or modification to the program made by coach do not qualify as an inability to deliver services, and do not qualify client for a refund.
Client further agrees and understands that changing his/her mind about the program, failing to follow through or understand the details of the program, not experiencing the results he/she expected or desired, or experiencing any other similar situations does not entitle him/ her to a refund.
